Tasting notes:
Nose: Subtle "limed" entrance followed by intense juniper and finished with herbaceous notes.
Palate: Initial impact of lime, turning to a crisp dryness from the juniper and ending with the delicious citrus effect of lime again. Incredibly smooth and full-bodied, the lime oil used not only adds to the flavour, but contributes to the desirable oily texture.
