Suggested Garnishes/Serve:
Best served in cocktails - especially a Tom Collins.
However, in a G&T: Ice & Tonic, with a slice of Lemon
Botanicals:
The botanicals include Juniper, Angelica Root, Coriander & Liquorice – the same recipe as for their London Dry, but in higher proportions.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Distinctly different from Tanqueray's other gins. Juniper is definitely a lead note, there is a sweet citrus supported by a layer of spice - black pepper, coriander, and liquorice root.
Palate: The entry is lush and sweet, tones of sweet lime and soft juniper. Which gives way to a full, round, spicy mid-palate of Juniper, black pepper, coriander, liquorice root, orris root, and a eucalyptus note.
Finish: Long & dry
